| Description: | 20 years ago Steve Underwood purchased Southwest Missouri Cycles in Marionville, Missouri. The store has grown and prospered through the years under the ownership of Steve who, to this day, is an active motorcycle rider! In July of 2006 a new era in Surdyke Motorsports started when Mike and Leslie McBroom owners of the very sucessfull Neosho Powersports, purchased the Marionville location and changed the name to Destination Powersports. The name "Destination" comes from the idea that we will be your Destination for all things related to motorcycles, ATVs, and Utility Vehicles. Like Steve, Mike and Lelie are riders who ride everything from Honda Goldwings to the latest Utility Vehicles which they use around their home in Neosho. We at Destination Powersports believe in hiring and motivating people who ride and enjoy the sport! Most of our employees, including all of our managers, ride and love riding. We promise to always strive to be the best dealership for you to purchase and to call your "home" dealership. We are locally owned and operated and we care about you being in our store and being our customer! It is also our belief that a motorcycle store is a destination for great events all year! Look for an exciting slate of events to kick off early this spring! We are excited about the line up and it will be unveiled soon! Some highlights will include weekly bike rides, and events centered around ATVs and MX bikes!!! |
